Manage recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers.
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as appointment and confirmation letters.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and general facilities.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Maintain office discipline and ensure smooth daily operations.
Support management in policy execution and administrative planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Good knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and MS Office.
Having knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
