We are looking for a trustworthy and responsible Office Assistant who can confidently handle bank-related work and assist with other office and field tasks. The role requires frequent visits to the bank for various transactions and paperwork, along with coordination of daily office needs and service provides
Key Responsibilities:
? BANKING WORK (MAIN DUTY)
Visit the bank regularly for cheque deposits, NEFT/RTGS transactions, preparing challans, and other banking formalities.
Handle submission and collection of bank documents or forms as required.
Ensure accuracy and responsibility while dealing with financial paperwork and transactions.
? DOCUMENTS & OFFICE SUPPORT
Collect and deliver documents from CA's office, bank, and other agencies.
Maintain proper filing of important papers and records in office files.
Fill and update worker attendance records.
? PROCUREMENT & DAILY NEEDS
Purchase stationery, hardware, cleaning products, tea items (milk, sugar, tea masala), snacks, etc. from local markets, industrial area, or city shops.
? COORDINATION & DISPATCH
Book loading vehicles through apps like Porter for material dispatch/collection and share loading photos with office.
Coordinate with contract labour supplier, plumber, electrician, courier agents, etc.
Take tools or machines for repair and collect after repair.
? OTHER DUTIES
Assist in making product labels and basic office work.
Ensure smooth running of daily office routines as instructed.
Requirements:
Must have basic knowledge of banking processes
(cheque deposit, NEFT, filling forms, interacting with bank staff).
Honest, dependable, able to handle documents/cash responsibly.
Should know basic mobile apps (WhatsApp, Porter, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
