Office Assistant must provide administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, handling documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to;
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Perform data entry and maintain databases.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Support other departments as needed.
