Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and routine correspondence.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, letters, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Support HR and Accounts teams with basic documentation and data entry.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requirements.
Welcome visitors and ensure proper coordination with internal departments.
Handle courier, dispatch, scanning, photocopying, and filing tasks.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
