Functioning as backbone of daily operations including point of contact for customers,vendors, labours.
Duties : General administrative ,Clerical, operational support tasks.
Communication : Answering and directing phone calls. Managing communications from customers and vendors all relevant stakeholders
Admin and clerical support : data entry, book keeping,memos, photocopying scanning docs, doc prpeatiosn, proof reading.
Office management: manage office supplies, manage office assistant, ensure common areas meeting room reception remain tidy and organized.
Coordination : schedule appointment, calendars, travel ,logistics.
Financial tasks ; tracking expenses, book keeping , process invoices, petty record cash expenses
