Job Description

Candidate with min 2 years experience into office management excellent communication skills , ms office , email drafting required

Key Responsibilities

Communication:

Answer and direct calls, take messages, handle incoming/outgoing mail and emails, greet clients and visitors.

Organization:

Manage filing systems, maintain records, schedule appointments and meetings, and organize common areas.

Clerical Tasks:

Perform data entry, update databases, prepare documents, and handle basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.

Supply & Equipment:

Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure basic office equipment functions.

Support:

Assist colleagues with various tasks, provide support for presentations, and sometimes coordinate events or travel.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

Excellent communication (written & verbal), organization, time management, attention to detail, multitasking, and strong computer skills (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role is often preferred.

Education:

High school diploma usually required; some roles might prefer an Associate's degree or relevant certificates.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
