We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administration Executive who can handle day-to-day office coordination and support the sales team through cold calling, and basic documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage routine office tasks: records, filing, courier coordination, visitor handling, and office supplies
Answer phone calls
Coordinate internally with Sales/Service/Accounts for smooth daily operations
Maintain and update customer/vendor databases and contact lists
Prepare basic documents: email drafts, enquiry logs, dispatch follow-ups, etc.
Support in quotation/proforma/PO tracking (basic coordination, not technical)
Cold Calling
Cold call prospective customers to introduce the company/products and generate leads
Schedule meetings/calls for the sales team and maintain call notes
Maintain daily calling reports and lead tracking in Excel/CRM
Skills Required
Good communication in English + Hindi
Confident on phone, polite and professional approach
Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Word, email drafting
Good coordination, follow-up discipline, and ability to multitask
Comfortable working with targets for calling and lead generation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
