Key Responsibilities:
Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearances, and other official banking activities.
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
Assist in handling office supplies and inventory.
Deliver or collect documents, parcels, and other items as needed.
Support staff in day-to-day office tasks and errands.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
Basic knowledge of banking procedures.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
