KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd is seeking a proactive and well-organized
Office Assistant
to support daily administrative and operational activities at our Corporate Office in Edappally. The ideal candidate should have
strong communication skills and good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
Maintain and update records, documents, and reports
Assist in preparing Excel sheets, data entry, and basic data analysis
Manage correspondence, emails, and communication within departments
Support the team with scheduling, filing, and documentation work
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, formulas, etc.)
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, documentation)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and a positive work attitude
Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Graduate (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
