Role Overview
The Office Assistant will support smooth administrative and training operations at the Centre of Excellence. The role includes managing student records, distributing and collecting assignments, basic checking of submissions, and helping trainers maintain discipline and efficiency in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain student registration, attendance, and documentation
Fill forms and keep records updated in a proper manner
Distribute assignments/practice exercises to students as directed
Collect and organize completed assignments systematically
Perform basic linear checking/evaluation as per training guidelines
Assist faculty in preparing learning materials and classroom setup
Manage printing, photocopying, scanning, and file organization
Maintain stationery and classroom inventory
Support visitors, students, and parents with basic queries politely
Provide assistance during batches, events, and admission processes

Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate or Post-Graduate (any discipline)
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, data entry, scanning/printing)
Ability to read, write, and communicate in Hindi and English
Experience in education/training center preferred (not mandatory)

Work Timings
6 days a week (1 weekly off)
