Administrative Support:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records.
Clerical Tasks:
Manage filing systems--both digital and physical.
Photocopy, scan, and print documents as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as required.
Coordination:
Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings.
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Support other departments with data entry or basic accounting tasks.
Record Keeping:
Maintain and update employee, client, and vendor information.
Track and manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
General Office Management:
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Support HR and accounts teams when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
