Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Coordinate to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Requirements and Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of office equipment
Good understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
The candidate will be required to work from Monday to Saturday (4 days in office and 2 days work from home)
