We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office Coordinator to manage our office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English for day-to-day communication and have excellent letter drafting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities to ensure smooth
operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails & physical mail.
Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
