Office Assistant role:
Job Title: Office Assistant/Executive Support
Key Responsibilities:
1.Record-keeping and file management
2.Scheduling appointments and meetings
3.Travel arrangements and bookings
4.Correspondence and document preparation
5.Data entry and database management
6.Mail and communication handling
7.Research and data analysis
8.Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
9.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
10.Handle confidential matters with discretion
Requirements:
1. Administrative experience
2. Strong organizational and communication skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office ,and other productivity tools , knowledge of making power point presentations mainly data analysis reports
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
