Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Manage new employee onboarding processes, completing all necessary documentation and orientation activities.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Prepare and manage employee files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Monitor employee attendance and manage leave requests (sick leave, vacation, etc.), ensuring adherence to company policies.
