Job Summary:



The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained Keep common areas clean and organized (e.g., break rooms, meeting rooms) Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus) Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude
