Lakshmi Enterprise is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails
Provide support to the management team as needed
Generating Sale bill,Quotation and entry of purchase bills
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure balances match and discrepancies are identified and resolved.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Use accounting software and tools (e.g., Excel, Vyapar, Tally) to input, process and report financial data
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Good organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Familiarity with office equipment and software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in an office administration role
