Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
Maintain records related to Ayurvedic products, raw materials, and vendors
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents
Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Maintain files, registers, and digital records accurately
Support coordination between production, sales, and accounts departments
Assist with inventory tracking of herbs, medicines, and office supplies
Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies
Support management with reports and documentation as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-3 years of experience as an Office Assistant or Admin Executive
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in Ayurveda, pharma, or FMCG industry is an advantage
Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with Ayurvedic terminology or products
Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
