We are looking for a smart and responsible
Office Assistant
to handle incoming customer calls and assist potential clients interested in purchasing
Target Innovations' range of machines,
and maintain data on MS Office - Excel sheet
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
Provide a brief description and basic information about Target Innovations' machines.
Identify serious and genuine buyers.
Forward qualified leads to the
Marketing Department / Department Head
for further discussion.
Maintain call logs and update inquiry details on MS Office- Excel
Support basic office administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
Pleasant and confident phone manners.
Basic understanding of machines or willingness to learn product details.
Punctual, organized, and sincere in work.
