Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Monitor and maintain office supplies; place orders when necessary.
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Provide support to staff and management as needed.
Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks (if required).
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
