Job Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day office administration, documentation, and coordination.
Handle filing, data entry, and preparation of quotations/invoices.
Support in procurement, dispatches, and logistics coordination.
Visit sites/projects/vendors as required for deliveries, supervision, and collection of documents.
Assist management in follow-ups with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Must be comfortable with field visits and travel.
Two-wheeler & driving license preferred.
