Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Record and maintain

daily sales & purchase entries

accurately. Prepare and verify

invoices, bills, and vouchers

. Generate

Excel reports

(sales, purchase, stock movement, etc.). Coordinate with the store/warehouse/accounts team for data accuracy. Assist in reconciliation of purchase and sales records. Support management with MIS reports and other entry-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc. or equivalent preferred).

Strong knowledge of MS Excel

(Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Entry). 1-3 years of experience in

sales & purchase entry

(preferably in medicine/pharma industry). Good typing speed with accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
