Key Responsibilities:
Manage day?to?day office administration and clerical tasks
Perform computer operations including data entry, record keeping, and documentation
Handle emails, correspondence, and preparation of reports/letters
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office files
Operate office equipment (printing, scanning, photocopying)
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Provide support to senior staff as required
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email)
Typing skills in English/Marathi/Hindi preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in office administration or computer operations preferred, but freshers may also apply
