Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare letters, reports, and official documents.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
Assist management with daily office tasks and requirements.
Computer Operations
Perform accurate and timely data entry in company systems.
Operate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and documentation.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and other digital records.
Assist in generating invoices, bills, and official forms.
Maintain and update company databases.
Accounting & Finance
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally / ERP software.
Prepare vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
Coordinate with auditors and accountants for financial reports.
