Key Responsibilities:



Office Assistant Duties:



Handle routine clerical and administrative tasks. Maintain and organize office records and files. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries. Support the team with documentation, printing, scanning, and correspondence. Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed. Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Cashier Duties:



Handle cash and banking transactions. Maintain daily cash register and prepare cash reports. Issue receipts, process payments, and reconcile transactions. Assist in bill collections and deposit processes. Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed securely.

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling). Good communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Trustworthy and detail-oriented with basic math skills.
