Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Computer Operator cum Office Assistant (Male) to manage day-to-day office operations, handle meetings and customer interactions, and assist with basic administrative and presentation tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident using computers, comfortable with communication, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and operate Zoom meetings, including setup, invitations, and technical assistance during sessions. Handle customer calls and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and hospitality for guests or clients. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and basic reports as required. Draft and manage professional emails, letters, and office correspondence. Maintain call logs and ensure timely follow-ups. Support routine office work such as filing, documentation, and coordination. Assist management and other team members in day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements



Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Computer or Commerce background). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom/Google Meet. Better communication skills (English and Hindi). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Presentable and polite with a positive attitude. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
