Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to perform administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will support the smooth functioning of daily office operations and contribute to overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls and emails Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital) Greet and assist visitors or clients Schedule meetings, appointments, and take meeting minutes Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Assist in data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks Support other departments with administrative needs

Preferred Skills:



Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) Familiarity with office management procedures Prior experience in a similar role
