We are seeking to recruit a competent and experienced individual for the position of
Office Assitant
to support routine administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with ERP systems and demonstrate proficiency in general office software and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations and documentation tasks
Operate ERP software for data entry, inventory updates, billing, and reporting
Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems
Draft and manage official correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal reports
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
Coordinate with different departments and provide required clerical support
Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations
Schedule appointments, meetings, and assist in record-keeping tasks
Ensure timely and accurate data management and documentation
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an office or administrative capacity
Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with basic office equipment and digital tools
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Prior experience in billing, inventory, or logistics-related tasks
Working knowledge of database systems or MIS reporting
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
