We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant with prior experience in a construction company. The candidate should be capable of handling office support activities, coordinating with site staff, and managing purchase-related works.
Responsibilities:
Assist office and site staff in day-to-day activities
Handle purchase support, material follow-ups, and vendor coordination
Support documentation, filing, and office records
Coordinate with site teams for material requirements
Assist in delivery, collection, and other office-related errands
Maintain basic office administration tasks
Requirements:
Prior experience in a construction company preferred
Ability to handle purchase-related activities
Willingness to assist both office and site teams
Proficient in driving 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers (valid driving license mandatory)
Basic knowledge of office procedures
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
