Office Assistant Reporting to Director
provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, coordination, and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate with department heads for reports, updates, and follow-ups
Track tasks, deadlines, and action items
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records, files, and official documents
Prepare MIS reports, summaries, and presentations
Assist in drafting letters, emails, and official communication
Travel & Logistics
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the Director
Coordinate meetings, events, and official visits
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred)
3-6 years of experience in executive assistance or administrative roles
Working Conditions
Office-based with occasional extended hours
