Dear Sir,In reference to the requirement for an Office Assistant in the Clinic Division, I would like to share the key responsibilities for the position.
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Manage movement of official documents and correspondence.
Follow up on pending works
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
Manage incoming and outgoing email, courier/speed post, and phone calls.
Assist in coordinating meetings/appointments, preparing documents, and handling data entry/formatting tasks.
Coordination work with the depts
Provide administrative support also to the S.O.-based Group In-Charge and Medical Supervisor.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel; knowledge of email handling in MS Outlook.
Open to both male and female candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
