Jobs responsibilities includes:

Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and communications, and greeting clients or visitors.?

Assisting with travel bookings, such as flights, hotels, and tours, and preparing travel documents and itineraries.?

Maintaining and organizing client records, files, and information accurately.?

Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating staff travel arrangements.?

Taking care of office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.?

Providing customer service both in person and over the phone, resolving basic client queries or issues.?

Supporting marketing activities, maintaining social media updates, and assisting with website or promotional tasks when needed.?

Assisting management or senior staff with administrative duties and special projects as assigned.?

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
