Job Description

Communication:

Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails and mail, and greeting visitors.

Administration:

Filing documents, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and performing data entry.

Office management:

Ordering and stocking office supplies, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas, and managing petty expenses.

Support:

Assisting other staff with various tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Record keeping:

Maintaining and organizing files, records, and contact databases.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
