We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The candidate should be well-versed in office management tasks, proficient in MS Word and Excel, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain staff attendance records.
Draft and reply to emails in a professional manner.
Handle GST, ESI, and PF-related work.
Assist in banking and accounts-related tasks.
Maintain office documentation and records.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
Knowledge of GST, ESI, and PF processes.
Basic knowledge of banking and accounts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Punctual and responsible with working hours (9 AM - 5 PM).

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
