We are seeking a
dedicated and organized Office Assistant / Administrative Executive
to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, maintain records, coordinate communication, and assist with event and membership management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle routine administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain and update records, files, and databases
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
Assist in managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and messages)
Support event organization and logistics for alumni programs
Coordinate with vendors, members, and staff
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
Skills Required:
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Good
email and internet research
abilities
Organizational and time-management
skills
Attention to detail and a professional attitude
Basic knowledge of
data entry and record keeping
Familiarity with
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce or Arts)
Prior experience in office administration or secretarial work will be an advantage
