Job Responsibilities
"Office Assistant"
Any graduate but relevant experience in the admin department.
Male candidates only and on third party rolls.
Skills required: MS Office, preferably SAP trained
Office working - 6 days
1 Daily Office Operational work
2 Visitors Management
3 Service related query & complaints handling
4 Phone Directory management
5 SAP - Should be trained in MM module & to generate PR / MAT codes / SErvice Codes & should be able to deal with service providers for quotes and proposals for day to day operational activities. ( PR to payments to parties role have to be handled in a flawless manner)
6 Material management - ( Agency Inwards & Outward Register/ Audits & Reviews )
7 Courier Management ( ARCs / Proposals / Billings/ Negotiations)
8 Miscellaneous Work ( BEST Account management /Fastags / Echallans / Drivers database & coordination / Birthday arrangements/ MTNL Account / EPBX Account of Tata Docomo/ Office email & Account handling)
9 Would be part of office - QRT ( Quick Response Team)
10 PR Management ( Should be able to liaise and coordinate with outside govt bodies, offices of BMC, Police stations , Traffic Department , Local Authorities, 3rd party associates for operational activities)
11 Accounts Related - ( Overall incharge for management of Billings & subsequent processing through centralised dashboard system)
12 Airport Protocol & Assistant
13 Any other work given from time to time
