Role Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Administrative Assistant

with at

least 1 year of experience

to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The role requires strong organizational skills, report preparation ability, and effective coordination with different departments.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare professional reports, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM). Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning. Handle incoming phone calls, take and convey messages, and schedule appointments/meetings. Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases with accuracy, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance. Coordinate with the accounting department to: Process payments and verify receipts. Assist with invoice handling and follow-ups. Work closely with all Heads of Departments (HODs) for inter-departmental coordination and administrative support. Assist in office communication, correspondence, and general clerical duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification. Good in computers with

strong skills in Word and Excel

" Minimum

1 year of experience

as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role. Strong skills in

report preparation, documentation, and MoM drafting

. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
