Key Responsibilities
Prepare professional reports, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning.
Handle incoming phone calls, take and convey messages, and schedule appointments/meetings.
Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases with accuracy, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
Coordinate with the accounting department to:
Process payments and verify receipts.
Assist with invoice handling and follow-ups.
Work closely with all Heads of Departments (HODs) for inter-departmental coordination and administrative support.
Assist in office communication, correspondence, and general clerical duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
Good in computers with
strong skills in Word and Excel

1 year of experience
as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
