Telex Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and dedicated
Office Assistant
to handle administrative duties and provide driving support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will assist with office management tasks, HR and admin support, and perform local travel for official work such as bank visits and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the CEO and senior executives for official meetings and site visits (Company 4-wheeler provided)
Perform local travel to banks, government offices, and vendor locations for submissions and collections
Support day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, scanning, courier dispatch, and maintaining office supplies
Assist the HR and Admin departments in routine functions
Maintain office cleanliness and overall coordination
Run errands and support the directors as required
Handle basic logistics and liaise with vendors for office needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum education:
10th Pass (SSC)
Valid
4-wheeler driving license
with clean driving history
Familiarity with basic office duties
Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
Willingness to support various departments and adapt to tasks
Preferred Skills
Good knowledge of Thane and Mumbai routes
Prior experience in a similar role (Admin + Driver)
Basic communication skills in Hindi/Marathi (English is an advantage)
