Key Responsibilities



Accounts & Data Entry:

Accurately record financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and update accounting software.

On-Premises Client Visits:

Visit client locations to collect data, verify financial documents, and perform on-site accounting updates as required.

Banking Operations:

Handle physical bank visits for deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and other banking formalities.

Office Administration:

Assist in general office management, filing, and maintaining organized financial records.

Compliance Support:

Assist in preparing data for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Candidate Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (

B.Com

) is mandatory.

Experience:

Prior experience in data entry or basic accounting is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel

Mobility:

Must possess a

personal vehicle

and a valid driving license for frequent client and bank visits.

Communication:

Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and bank officials.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
