Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and file site-related documents such as:
Material delivery challans (cement, steel, tiles, etc.)
Purchase bills and invoices
Assist the accounts team with:
Bill entries
Expense tracking
Petty cash records
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for:
Daily paperwork
Pending or missing documents
Maintain Excel records for:
Site-wise expenses
Material registers
Handle scanning, emailing, and general office documentation
Coordinate paperwork between head office and other site offices
Requirements
Graduate (preferred)
1-2 years experience in construction / real estate / accounts support (preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting & documentation
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi for better coordination
