Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures if required
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas
