The Executive Assistant to Director will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Director. This role ensures smooth scheduling, communication, documentation, reporting, follow-ups, and internal coordination to help the Director manage daily business activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Office Support
Manage Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments & travel plans
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of Director
Prepare minutes of meetings & circulate MOM with follow-up action tracking
Draft, format, and review business documents, letters, quotations, and reports
Maintain confidential files, agreements, business documents & records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
