Job Description

This position reports to the directors and interfaces with various arms of the company's activities. The directors need help with administration, accounting, communication, and operational tasks related to the businesses.

Specific responsibilities may include:

Office management Administration of import/export documentation and filings Tracking and executing payments, billing, invoicing, and shipments Handle banking transactions Coordinating with tax and accounting consultants for regulatory filings and overall accounts Inventory management and data analysis to aid in purchase orders Coordinate tasks with marketing vendor on tasks and deliverables Personal tasks for directors, including but not limited to payments, travel, and calendar management Miscellaneous Correspondence Various reports/ presentations as required by directors
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
