Job Summary -


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office and Administrative Associate to join our team. This role will play a vital part in contract management and overall office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach to handling tasks. This individual will be responsible for efficiently managing contract creation, maintaining office supplies, assisting in administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Job Responsibilities - 1) Contract Management and Creation:

  • Collaborate with departments to draft, review, and edit contracts, ensuring alignment with policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain an organized contract database, overseeing renewals and timely updates.
  • Liaise with external parties as needed for contract-related matters.


Employee Onboarding and KEKA Management:

  • Welcome new employees on their first day, providing them with a warm introduction to the company culture and work environment.
  • Assist new employees in completing required paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize the KEKA HR management software to manage various aspects of the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with HR to input new hire data into the KEKA system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Utilize KEKA\'s analytics to gather insights into the onboarding process and recommend improvements as needed.

Office and Administrative Support:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate equipment maintenance, and assist in event coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Foster a tidy and organized office environment, welcoming guests and addressing their needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor\'s degree in management, administration, or any other relevant subject.
  • Proven experience 5 years in office administration and contract management.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and KEKA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of legal and contractual terms.
  • Experience with contract management software is an advantage.

Remuneration: 30K - 50K per month
