Administrative Support:
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and consultations.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.

Client Interaction:
Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly.
Provide clients with information and assistance regarding visa application procedures.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and up-to-date.
Database and Records Management:
Maintain and update client databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
Assist in the preparation and submission of visa application documents and follow up on client cases.
Team Support:
Provide administrative support to the consultancy team as needed.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
