Office Admin Cum Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hotel office. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors and must maintain a welcoming and courteous attitude while handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them appropriately
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations support
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and office files
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence
Coordinate with housekeeping, accounts, and management departments
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory
Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and office area
Support HR or management with basic clerical tasks when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
