We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented
Office Admin / Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our yoga studio. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all clients, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, the selected candidate will also be responsible for handling
sales-related activities
and achieving
set monthly targets
related to client enrollments and wellness program conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
Clearly communicate information about our yoga therapies, classes, and wellness programs.
Guide potential clients through the enrolment process and provide ongoing support to improve client retention.
Handle front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, managing inquiries, and processing payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the studio's software and database.
Actively promote studio services and membership packages to new and existing clients.
Take ownership of sales performance and work towards meeting monthly sales/enrollment targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to studio growth.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and understand client wellness needs.
Basic proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with data entry and CRM or studio management software.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and target-driven approach to work.
Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or sales roles is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
