We are seeking an organized, proactive, and friendly Office Admin/Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office workflow and creating a welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries
Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and stationery inventory
Manage incoming/outgoing inquiry call, mail, emails, and courier services
Support HR and management in documentation, filing, and data entry
Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and basic office reports
Assist in event coordination and office communication
Handle administrative tasks as assigned
