Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Run errands such as delivering documents or collecting supplies.
Monitor and refill office supplies (stationery, toiletries, etc.).
Support minor clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, or organizing documents.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of common areas.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Admin or HR team.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic understanding of office etiquette.
Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning and lifting duties.
Trustworthy, punctual, and well-mannered.
