Job Description

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Providing general administrative assistance to staff and management, including managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling correspondence like emails, phone calls, and mail.

Reception and Communication:

Managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing communications.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements for staff or executives.

Data Management and Record-Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital), and assisting with data entry and report preparation.

Financial Assistance:

Supporting basic bookkeeping and budgeting procedures, including handling invoices, expense tracking, and liaising with the finance department.

Compliance and Efficiency:

Ensuring that office activities and operations comply with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
